Beginning September 1, 2023, new Employment Pass (EP) applicants must pass the points-based COMPASS in addition to meeting the EP qualifying salary

• Your application must accrue 40 points, which are determined based on the following criteria:

  • Salary (C1)

  • Qualifications (C2)

  • Diversity (C3)

  • Support for Local Employment (C4)

• There are also bonus criteria that include:

  • Skill Bonus (Shortage Occupation List) (C5)

  • Strategic Economic Priorities Bonus (C6)

We will handle the submission of verification proof through approved background screening agencies on your behalf.

This includes:

• Ensuring the authenticity of qualifications.

• Validating the accreditation status of the institution.

• Verifying that the applicant's qualifications were indeed granted by accredited institutions.

• Typical processing times range from 3 to 14 working days.

• ​Monitoring and updating on the status of your EP application.

• Coordination with the relevant MOM officer, if necessary.

• Promptly addressing any requests from MOM for additional documentation.

• Handling the appeal process in the event of an EP application rejection.

• Typical processing times range from 5 to 10 working days.

• You will receive an in-principle approval letter allowing the applicant's entry into Singapore.

• Complete a medical check.

• Pass issuance

• Schedule an appointment for the candidate to register their fingerprints and photo.

• Receive the pass card at the provided address.
